I was born at Bloomington Hospital in 1994. I was born 2 months premature so I have 1 kidney that is normal size and 1 that is smaller and not as normal as it should be.

2 Corinthians 12:9:
"And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me."

I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease when I was born. When a urination is present, it will backflow and cause pain in the area of my groin. It was hard when I was born and growing up through my teens but I will get to that later on.

I moved to Martinsville Indiana which is where the majority of my family is from. My mother and father were never married. Just got together for fleshly reasons which I do not have to explain. They met at a bar if that gives you insite. My father wanted to take care of my mother, too nurture her and too love her. Yet, she dragged him on and made him waste his time on hopeless dreams. He just wanted me and her to be safe. He is a good dad, today and yesterday he has proved his case! He is a good man.

I have a sister who is 3 years older than I, and her father was different than my own.(He was and is a evil creature) Evil into occult things and into wicked devices. His mother once a Wicken or Witch(now a follower of Christ!) Never helped with the issues of her son's life and he was abusive. My sister has had it rough though she is strong in her flesh, she is weak in the spirit. She is an atheist believing in nothing.

I moved to Bloomington and resided their until 2nd grade. When I was at Bloomington schools. I got a very rare disease called HSP for short. (Henoch-Schönlein Purpura) 100 out of 1,000,000 people get it and I just happened to be bedridden for a while. About 2-3 weeks. I was bruised all over and could not even pick up a coke can. I still hadn't met the Lord yet. I was broken, very young and fragile.

I moved from Bloomington to a small country setting in Cataract Indiana. Note: I was still in second grade. Still very young. I caused problems in the classroom for many and got held back a year. I met many friends throughout child hood yet a lot are not my friends today. Let's skip young kid and get to young man.

In 7th grade I really came to know the Lord. I had a lot of time with my dear Grandmother on my dad's side of the family. I spent summers with her, gardening for her, helping her, listening to her. She was a great Christian and had good fruit, I know where her spirit rests.

Matthew 7:15-20 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."

I was baptized When I was 13 years old. In June or July I believe.
She taught me a lot about patience, love, kindness. And showed me more than I was able to show back.

I stayed in Cataract Indiana and my mother was with a man whose name I will not post. An evil man. Not loving good, but loving evil and works of his own hands. He had and still has a pill problem and is blind to the fact of his blindness. Sad. I have tried to help him in the past, yet he resists the Lord and the wisdom I share with him.

My mother has a drinking problem which they let me start drinking when I was 13!!! And doing other substances as well. I was young, immature and not ready to grow up. I stayed on the in between, trying to love Jesus and do what was right, but also doing what I saw others do. I had a hard time with my mother lest she be a alcoholic the rest of her life. Which she struggles with to this day. I have tried to help but she's doesn't have love in her heart. Only getting a temporary feeling from drinking. She drove my sister out and drove me away basically. I can no longer be with my mother cause of her ways(makes me sick and sad)
She has no love.

1 Corinthians 13:4-5: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."

As for her boyfriend who at one time I looked up too, the spirit of Lord is not in either of them.

I would go to my father's house on the weekends and took refuge in his dwelling place in Martinsville. I loved and still love being with my real father. Such a good man. There I met his best friend in high school. And he was strong in the Lord. He would show me scripture, error of my ways, and he was very knowledgeable in greek, histroy, Jewish history,.. Etc. The guy did his home work. We debated theology until I was 15 then things went south. We spread from eachother, each in and out of our own devices. He doesn't get it now. But God has shown me truth cause he has fallen away from grace.

1 Corinthians 1:19: For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
(My favorite bible verse btw)

I kept in my bad ways through high school and their I met the woman of my dreams. A godly woman who wants to grow stronger. We grew up together and together we shall stay. 9 years together March 5th, 2019!!!! She listens, prays, is a christian, is faithful, is supportive and most importantly a great mother.
I had a son with her after I married her, his name is ELIHU after the young man who rebuked Job in the book of Job. And I just had a new baby named Silas. Both names from scripture and I am proud of it.

I have struggled and tossed and turned and yet I am fullfilled in Christ, I am no longer in the same sin that I was in when I was younger. Christ today, through fasting, prayer, and belief has relieved me of my burden. I just recently had a job fire and got laid off from work. So prayers about getting a job(that I love are needed).
God has drawn me to Him more and more everyday, from sermons on Youtube, to reading His word personally. I am blessed and saved by His majesty. He chose me.

John 15:16: "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you."

I am here on God's accord not my own. I am here to learn and become a stronger Christian. Please forgive if I put the wrong number on the scripture verse or title. Or if there are typos, I cannot catch everyone. I have tried to deligently write my testimony and a lot was not written but the main point was. I am doing this testimony off of a phone so it may not be perfect, yet Christ died for me, And I believe He has died for all who humble themselves. I am young, but I am not foolish as long as it be Christs will.

It took a lot to tell strangers my life story yet I did it anyways. I look forward to seeing your responses.
Blessed peace be to all.

Praise the Lord and welcome !!!! SO nice to seeing someone take action and responsibility and then watch God work !!!

Yes. Thank you brother! It means alot. Im not that great at fasting yet, but Im getting better each time I try. And yes, its important as a True Follower of Christ to admit selfishness, weakness, and just say too God sorry. I feel like alot of Christians in todays world dont tell God sorry when they mess up and just take responsibility. It will take them a long way!

Greetings,

I would like to add my appreciation to the list.
I never am bored to read of other Christians story about their finding and hearing the Lord in their life.

You certainly have not had it easy to start life with but let us pray that others who read your story will be encouraged.

May i say, whatever you do, stay away from alcohol. As you have once been there, don't go back or get conned to have one or two. It is a deceiver and has no mercy upon anyone. Some are OK with an occasional drink but I do not want to go back again after getting caught by my fleshy hogwash telling me it would be OK. It caused me a lot of havoc and much heartache for some precious to me.
I don't know how you stand about all that but I wanted to say it anyway.

I am happy for you to have two beautiful sons and a loving and faithful wife. ALWAYS remember that at the end of it all here, they are what matter the most to you and you to them. Sometimes relationships can get strained especially if we say things out of place so please always remember that you are able to keep your mouth shut and your emotions and feelings under control for your family. You might lose your job, your house your dog your arm or leg, but those things are nothing compared to your wife and children.

I am also so glad when I read of your dad's love and yours for him.... so very, very precious and special..... pass it on to your little ones!!!

Jesus is Lord and King and has joined and fitted us all together in His building. Let us praise Him and give thanks always to God the Father through Jesus Christ His Son.

Thank you for sharing,

Bless you and yours ....><>
