Again a complete stranger working at the railway station bought me breakfast & water, he was not Christian at all.
So if non believer's can love like your Christ what have you got?
What is your testimony Christopher? When were you drawn to belief that Christ Jesus died on the Cross, was raised from the Grave, for you that your sins would be forgiven and you repented of them? What was the price for this? Breakfast & Water, a warm/cool cot, or something so incalculable one could never put a price to it?
And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul? Matthew 16:26 NLT
He has always been there for you Christopher. Even though it may have appeared that He has always been out of reach. He is still tenderly waiting.
You believe that God can not move the unbeliever to provide for one of His Children? If so, there is still much for you to learn. Know the story of the Good Samaritan? Who helped this man? Keeping in mind that it is Jesus, who is instructing the listeners!
'And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This [is] the first commandment. "And the second, like [it, is] this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." Mark 12:30-31 NKJV
Jesus, is not looking that you love only certain people, but "Every Man" and the same goes for every Christian who hasn't helped you! Don't go blaming Jesus and what He tried to teach humanity for their lack of understanding and their failure to act upon such teachings. Each person will be judged, but that is neither mine or your place to do so. Though we might be the recipient's of such neglect/disinterest!
Get rid of the bitterness that now lays in your breast. Let it go and turn to the one who knows what you are going through, because if you don't you will never have an opportunity to see "everyone" with the loving eyes He sees you with. For when you do. You will see them and realize that they are in worse shape than you are at right now, in this moment of time. Then one day in Christ Jesus, you will not pass that person who could be you. You will stop, and share what you have, even if it's but a moment of your time in prayer. For what they lack, only Jesus can provide. You may really know this to be true, but for the hard times you are now going through.
Let, the hardness, bitterness go. Let Him guide you, move you as you've never been guided before. For though you lose even the little you now have. You will have gained, more than all that the World could possibly give you!
With the Love of Christ Jesus.
