The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands. (Psalm 138:8)

Absolutely everything that concerns His children is under His control! What an amazing comfort! For He is faithful to accomplish every good work within His people. He will never forsake us, but He will hold us in His right hand forever!

Yes, God uses even out wrong choices to accomplish His purpose. This is where the left hand of God comes into play. There are blessings and there are curses in scripture which are still in force according to what we do or do not do. To accomplish the curses God will make use of people who do not know Him at all or people who know Him but are at a given moment working contrary to the Holy Spirit. We saw this in Pharaoh in Egypt at the time of the plagues. God did not make the man rebellious, but since he was, God used that rebellious man to let everyone who was watching and also for us who are reading see the wonders of God.
