A definite change from choosing ourselves to being personally chosen by Jesus himself is long ovedrdue. It is possible too! Jesus drew the following distinction.
"You did not choose me; I chose you and appointed you to go and bear much fruit, the kind of fruit that endures."
(John 15:16)
Sustainable ministry depends on personal experience of Christ’s glory, a.k.a., "seeing him go back to the place where he was before", in the unique kind of death he suffered on the cross; and resulting growth in his grace and knowledge.

How long will we continue to count the high cost of disobedience?
