What do people pretend is in the Bible but is absolutely not in the Bible?

I simply can't think of one thing taught by Churches that IS true!
lol
A lot of churches out there, and a lot of beliefs mixed in with them all.
So, what is it that you believe, that "is true", might be easier to ask then attempting to delve into what all the churches teach.

The God of Jesus!

The God of Jesus!
Well, there are churches who teach about the God of Jesus. :)
Though something tells me that you don't mean to include the Divinity of Jesus as well.

So, you don't have too rough a time of it. May I suggest you read the sites statement of faith if you haven't already.

Great question ... looking forward to the answer : )

The Core Teaching you should find in all true churches - 1 ) Jesus is God 2) Jesus died for our sins 3) Jesus rose from the dead. 4) we need to have faith in Jesus, and recieve Jesus for eternal life.

What is THAT- those believing in One God?

Yes, The Holy Father of many gods called in 1 John sons of God (born again mankind )

Our Father Christ lovingly commands us to call no man on earthy Holy Father. Christ alone is our invisible God

Calling born again believers gods

John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

His first loving commandment Do not put yourself as a god before the unseen Holy Father. The second commandment no selfies idolizing oneself

In that way Jesus the Son of man is not ashamed to call other born again gods brothers and sisters in the lord. All die not receiving the promise of a new incorruptible body .

Matthew 12:50For whosoever shall do the will of my (Jesus the Son of man dying mankind) Father (invisible Christ) which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Mark 3:35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother

It is the desire of the god of this world to identify Christ the Holy Spirit of all spirit life as a dying Jewish man as King of kings.

God is not a man as us and neither is there any fleshly infallible interpreter that sits as an umpire between our Holy Father not seen and dying mankind seen.

Ask oneself? Are you ashamed to call Jesus the Son of man your brother in the Lord?

1- He's NOT God (According to him, John 17:3)
2- 'HE' is immotal with a 'immortal' soul, thus DIDN'T die, just switched bodies
3- True but "RECEIVE"?

Ask oneself? Are you ashamed to call Jesus the Son of man your brother in the Lord?
No, nor am I ashamed to call Jesus the only begotten Son of God either.
Are you ashamed to call Him thus as well?

This Makes for a Whole New Topic ... I have gone through guilt by praying to Father God, and not Jesus, and as I have learned more about what Jesus said to his Apostles, "to Pray to the Father", and other pertinent verses, I am learning to accept that there are 3 distinct God Figures ...
You shouldn't have guilt praying or thanking either of the three persons of the Trinity.
Any who try to make you feel guilty about doing so, makes me wonder if they really know Jesus.

lol - it would take the entirety of the Bible to do so! :)

There are many who know what the word says in the Bible says (mental assent), but have no clue who the Word is.
