Hi there I believe you are onto something big. Its above what we imagine as God has set a few of us a part. I have been experiencing the same. I believe this is a prophetic happening and God is preparing people for the last revival.

Almost 3 Years later. Hi all my name is Jacob and as I write this now I notice the time has just gone 11 pm no coincidence I believe . I believe God works with signs and numbers. All things started with God as it was created by God. All things where pervited by Satan for its glory. I believe in my heart that there is a bigger reason why some of us are so attracted to the no 11. I stay in Cape Town South Africa and the Church in Cape Town is getting ready for revival that will be spreading through out the world. I believe that God has called a few of us to be catalyst for these movement. Its the 11 hour army that God is calling to rise up.

Hi all. I've been seeing 11:11 for exactly one year now, and I have been also been wondering if its a sign and prompt from God or the devil. Its nice to see everyone's experiences here. I've done much research and asked around and I am now feeling more confident that this is indeed a message from God to rein in his troops for the coming end of days. If it is so, then exciting times are ahead.

Hello and nice to find this thread. I started seeing 1111 about six months ago. I think no one has explained how they see it. There is a saying when you go shopping and out of all the things there, one item just pops out...or quote speaks to you. It is in this fashion that repeating quad number sequences began appearing to me. Maybe I read too many mystery books but I believe there are no coincidences. I also would think to just ignore it or that if the numbers are exclusive to military time on a clock, I would be making too much of it. Last weekend I saw 555 repeatedly, in prices on license plates on clocks, everywhere. I looked online and found that there is a king James code book and more than one software to do bible searches on. The word "Christ" appears 555 times in KJV. Again, if there was a number repeating twice like 55, I would think less of it. Quad reappearing numbers seem to shout out. Today with my girlfriend, I grabbed the phone at 11:11. I'm just tuning into it without fear and with curiosity feeling God communicates in the ways of his choosing.

Not very familiar with The Bible. Familiar very loosely. Baptismal as. Christian in The Church of Christ, in Houston Texas as a young woman. Father, same but had past by the time I was baptized. He died at 11:11 am on Thanksgiving day. His workshop clock stopped working at 11:11 that very day. I was in his workshop at the time. He was good with his hands. He and my brother worked on any type of building or repair. Both did woodwork. My brother a carpenter, still is. My husband works with is hands as well. Built me a house.
I live at 1111 address, an address given to me by the post office after I bought the property.
The numbers hold significance for me and a sense it is a key to something I will understand at some point.
Before this forum have been interest loosely about The End of Days. Never wanted to invest myself in having faith in what is not seen/ experienced. Have grown to understand that concrete thinkers have trouble with spiritualism. Trying to explain everything in atheist viewpoint is much like those who discredit anything that sounds illogical. Much like a robot or computer.
Temes and memes may rule the world someday but The Holy Spirit will always exist. In a purple eggplant.

1111=

1mind
1body
1spirit
1accord

Thru Christ Jesus

[Philippians 2:2]
Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

[Ephesians 4:4]
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

[1 Corinthians 12:12]
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

Do we find answers from God in numbers? Actually we find His answers wherever we are if our hearts are hungry and open. God won't fit into a box that any man has made. Is there something special in 1, or 3 or7? Is there something special in 11:11? To say definitely, nay, is to limit God and thereby to limit our own walk with Him.

"Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel." Psalm 78:41

I agree @amadeus2

This infatuation with numbers or "signs" is more superstition and dangerous than anything edifying to your walk with Christ. What GOD desires is for us to seek Him with our hearts, in prayer and bible reading.

Just signed up to the web site. Seems I am not the only one who is experiencing 11:11. I have been noticing the number with increased frequency in the past 2 months. Only significance I can think of is that I always wanted the number 11 on my uniforms when I played sports as a kid.

God speaks to each of us, if we are willing and able to hear Him. To Elijah it was in a still small voice, but to me it may through numbers as it happened to the sister in the OP. Deciding that God cannot move or speak in a particular way can quench the Holy Spirit. None of us who are believers want that.

Let us give God the glory for every time that He speaks to us and we hear Him... even if the vehicle He uses happens to be numbers
i have to agree with you. Don't put God in a box, ask him for wisdom and revelation.
I've experienced 11:11 for a number of years myself as well as 5:55.

If God has spoken to you that way, then rejoice in that He has let you know that He is present and cares enough to speak to you. Not all will experience a still small voice like Elijah, but anyone who is really seeking truth and listening will hear from God in God's time in God's way. Give God the glory!

Hi Charlz. Honestly, it doesn't matter. Superstition is a distraction from focusing on God. If it was something relevant, surely God will let you know clearly.

The 11th Commandment was given by Jesus on the 11th hour to only 11 of the 12 apostles. The Commandment to Love One Another. We are living in the 11th Hour and we are being called to the Harvest To Love by Example as Christ did. How ironic that most see it as a spiritual calling but exclude Christ as its Messenger. Wake UP!!!

But in considering any "11th commandment", consider this:

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

This is the first and great commandment.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Matt 22:37-40

The Ten Commandments were written on two tablets. The first tablet held four commandments that dealt with our relationship with God....hence the first and great commandment is summarized. The second tablet had six commandments on it and this outlined our relationship with our fellow man. This also summarized to love thy neighbour as thyself.

Yes Amen, to God be all the glory in what He reveals to us

The 11th disciple was Jude. His short letter just before Revelation was meant for our generation. He was the first cousin of Jesus. The virgin Mary was his aunt. Prayerfully seek God's Truth....even if it opposes a truth you once believed. Remember the first love....the first church....the only bride.

Hello there,
Seeking to familiarize myself with the forum, I stumbled on this strange little thread on the number 11.
It caught my eye, because for a long while a family member found himself looking at the clock at 11:11, either am or pm: and because it happened so often it became a family joke.

However, in the light of the entries in this thread, I looked at a book I possess on number in Scripture, by Dr E.W. Bullinger, and to the chapter concerning the number eleven, and found the following notes which may be of interest to you (quote):-
----------------------------
'If ten is the number which marks the perfection of Divine order, then eleven is an addition to it, subversive of and undoing that order. If twelve is the number which marks the perfection of Divine government, then eleven falls short of it. So that whether we regard it as being 10+1 , or 12-1, it is the number which marks disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration.

There is not much concerning it in the Word of God, but what there is is significant, especially as a factor ... ... ... .

The Dukes of Edom - were eleven in number (Gen. 36:40-43), and Edom, though closely related to Israel, was different from it in order and government, while the bitterest hatred existed between them.

The Eleven Sons of Jacob - told of the disintegration and disorganization in Jacob's family, which made it possible for it to be said, 'one is not.' (Gen. 42:13, 32)
From Horeb to Kadesh Barnea - was a journey of eleven days (Deut. 1:2). One more day would have carried them to the complete administration of all those wonderful laws which God had given them.

Eli, Hophni, and Phinehas - gave for their gematria the number 462, the factors of which are 11 and 42; both significant of the disorder in Eli's house and of disintegration in Israel. (
1 Sam. 1:3; 2:34; 4:4,11,17)

Jehoiakim Reigned Eleven Years - when Nebuchadnezzar came up and began his disintegrating work on Jerusalem (
2 Kings 23:36; 24:1; and 2 Chron. 36:5,6)

Zedekiah Reigned Eleven Years - when Nebuchadnezzar completed the work by putting an end to Israel's rule in Jerusalem (
2 Chron. 36:11; Jer. 52:1), for 'in the eleventh year the city was broken up' (Jer. 39:2).

The Eleventh Year - In which Ezekiel prophesied against Tyre
(Ezek. 31:1), and against Egypt (30:20 and 31:1) was the eleventh year of Zedekekiah, in which Jerusalem was broken up. And the threefold repetition of it is to impress us with the fact that Tyre and Egypt should be broken up, as Jerusalem had been.

The Eleven Apostles - witness of disintegration even amongst the Twelve (
Acts 2:14 etc.,); while -

The Eleventh Hour - (
Matt. 20:6,9) is proverbial as being contrary alike both to what is right in order and arrangement.

The Life of our Lord on Earth - was about 33 years (3x11), and then He was 'cut off', and 'we see not yet all things put under Him.' (Dan 9:26; Heb.11:8).

Eleven Hundred - occurs only twice, both referring to days of defective administration, marked by the fact that there was 'no king':-
(1)
Judg. 16:5, the Philistine bribe which deprived Israel of their mighty judge and deliverer, Samson.
(2)
Judg. 17:2, etc., connected with the introduction of idolatry into Israel, which brought with it trouble and disintegration; and in the end caused the ruin and loss of all government.
* Dan and Ephraim were the two offending tribes, for Micah, who made the image with the eleven hundred shekels, was an Ephraimite, and the tribe that stole it and his priest was the tribe of Dan. Both are omitted from the tribes in Rev. 7., according to the declaration of Jehovah in Deut 29:18-20, that the 'man, woman, family, or tribe' which should introduce idolatry into Israel, 'the Lord shall blot out his name.'
---------------------------------

* The Word of God the Holy Spirit, used in Scripture, should not be either misused, or dismissed lightly as of no account. Every word is important.

Praise God!

In Christ Jesus

I would not call it superstition, If so many people are seeing it, then I believe it to be true if I take them at their word BUT with that said I feel it is not of God IMO.... I certainly wouldn't go for it at all....
