I'm afraid there are too many people who call themselves Christians who have no clue where to find the word of God. But if they don't know where to find the word of God, then they can't know who God is and thus can't worship Him.
The people who think that the bible contains errors in it either believe that the God they worship is fallible or that God is simply the imagination of the human authors of the bible. That would make him an imaginary God.
There is zero scripture that says that any part of scripture is fallible or is a lie. In fact, it says the opposite: 2 Timothy 3:16, "All scripture is God-breathed..." Thus, people who claim that the bible has errors in it have zero scriptural authority to say that. They're thus not speaking for God, but for Satan because only Satan says that God's word is in error.
So if you call yourself a Christian, yet say that the bible has errors in it, you are undermining the very source for your beliefs which is a house divided against itself which cannot stand. Jesus said; "He who is not with me is against me." One cannot be both.
