    Parables of Jesus

Jesus' parables are short stories that teach a moral or spiritual lesson by analogy or similarity. They are often stories based on the agricultural life that was intimately familiar to His original first century audience.

Some aspect of an unfamiliar concept, such as the kingdom of God, was compared to something from everyday life that could easily be understood.

For years we have been taught and believed that Adam and Eve, our first parents in the garden of Eden, ate an apple from the tree in the midst of the garden, and through this act of disobedience the whole world plunged into sin.

WAS IT AN APPLE THAT EVE DID EAT?

Why should it be an apple when apples were never mentioned in the Word of God in reference to the Garden of Eden? Although the Bible speaks that they were not to eat of the TREE of the knowledge of good and evil, but never can we find in the entire Scriptures that it was an apple that have caused our transgressions and fall (Genesis 2:17). It will be difficult for many readers to believe this, but of a truth, it was SEX or ADULTERY with the SERPENT that caused the fall of EVE and ADAM, through which sin came into the world and brought each of us under its curse.

    THE SEED OF THE SERPENT

Here is where we receive the true revelation of the SERPENT’S SEED, and here is what really happened in the Garden of Eden. The Word says that Eve was beguiled by the serpent. She was actually seduced by the serpent. Satan took advantage of the serpent’s physical characteristics to use him to beguile Eve. Remember that it was Lucifer’s ambition to build himself a greater kingdom than Michael did in heaven, before he was kicked out on earth. And still, he wanted to pursue his evil plan in this world after that. And the only way for Satan to accomplish what he wanted to do was to enter the serpent in Eden even as he entered by evil spirits into the swine at Gadara. He could not have a child directly by Eve as did God by Mary, so he entered into the serpent and then beguiled Eve. He seduced her and by her did Satan have a child vicariously - CAIN, the seed of the serpent, who bore the full spiritual characteristics of Satan and the animalistic (sensual, fleshly) characteristic of the serpent, and a murderer, too.

It says in Genesis 3:1, “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.” This beast was so close to a human being (and yet was pure animal) that he could reason and talk. He was close to a man. He was almost man. He was an upright creature and was somewhat in between a chimpanzee and a man, but closer to a man. He was so close to being human that his seed could, and did mingle with that of the woman and cause her to conceive. Before Adam ever had a carnal knowledge of Eve, the serpent had that knowledge ahead of him. And that one born of it was CAIN. “Cain was of (born of, begotten of) that “Wicked One”, according to I John 3:12.

Notice what God said to the SERPENT in the garden. Genesis 3:15, “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed, It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise His heel.” If we give credit to the Word that the woman did have a seed, then the serpent must have surely had a SEED also. If the SEED of the woman was a MAN-CHILD apart from the man, then the SEED of the serpent will have to be in the same pattern, and that is another male must be born apart from human male instrumentality.

    THE SEED OF THE WOMAN

As the Seed of the woman was literally God reproducing Himself in human flesh, so the seed of the serpent is the literal way that Satan found he was able to open the door to himself into the human race. It was impossible for Satan (for he is only a created spirit-being) to reproduce himself in the manner which God reproduced Himself, so the Genesis account tells how he produced his seed and introduced or injected himself into the human race.

THE MISSING LINK BETWEEN MAN AND ANIMAL

When this illicit act happened between Eve and the serpent, God cursed the serpent. He changed every bone in the serpent’s body so that he had to crawl like a snake. “And the Lord God said unto the SERPENT, because thou hast done this, thou art CURSED above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy BELLY shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life”.

Science can try all it wants to, and it won’t find the MISSING LINK between man and animal. God saw to that. Man is smart and he can see an association of man with animal and he tries to prove it out of evolution. There isn’t any evolution. But man and animal did mingle. That’s one of the mysteries of God that has remained hidden, but here it is revealed. It happened right back there in the midst of Eden when Eve turned away from Life to accept Death.

Immediately after EATING the FRUIT (remember that we are the FRUITS of our mother and father), they quickly knew that they were NAKED. And they hid themselves from God and made aprons of fig leaves to cover their NAKEDNESS (Gen. 3:7-8). SURELY this must speak to our understanding that it was SEX, and NOT EATING APPLES (or else Adam and Eve could have made aprons for their mouth rather covering their private parts).

Also take note that after this affair , God did not curse Eve by punishing her with more apples to eat, but said, “Unto the woman He said, I will multiply thy sorrow and thy CONCEPTION; in sorrow thou shalt BRING FORTH CHILDREN, and thy desire shall be to thy husband..” (Gen. 3:16). This tremendous act has brought forth the advent for man’s sexual reproduction, which was never God’s original plan, because God just speaks His children into existence and they come forth out of the dust, just like the way He created the first man, Adam.
The fruit or result of Eve being sexually known by the serpent and Adam was that she conceived both CAIN and ABEL. The truth of the matter is that Eve had in her womb TWO sons (TWINS) from SEPARATE IMPREGNATIONS. She was carrying TWINS, with Cain’s conception sometime previous to that of Abel’s.

To those who think that this is not possible, let it be known that the medical records are replete with cases where women have carried twins who were of separate ova and separate insemination with the fertilization of the eggs being days apart, and NOT ONLY SO, but some of the records show that the twins were fathered by separate males. Recently worldwide coverage was given to a Norwegian mother who was suing her husband for support for herself and her twins, one of which was white and the other black. She admitted that she had a ***** lover. The two conceptions were about three weeks apart. In Beaumont, Texas, in 1963, the records again set forth a multiple birth wherein pregnancies were many days apart, in fact so much so that the woman almost died along with one child in childbirth.

    SCRIPTURE’S TWINS

From that time on when Satan has successfully injected his SEED into mankind, there has always been TWINS warring in the Scriptures. We can see Cain & Abel, Esau and Jacob, Ishmael and Isaac, Moses and Pharaoh, Judas and Jesus, to be the SEED of the WOMAN and the SEED of the SERPENT, having the ENMITY one with the other.

    ENOCH, THE SEVENTH FROM ADAM

It is amazing that Jude 14 records that ENOCH was the SEVENTH from Adam, which confirms that CAIN was really NOT the son of Adam, but the SON of the SERPENT.

The genealogies of ADAM was on this wise : (1) Adam, (2) Seth, (3) Enos, (4) Cainan, (5) Mahaleel, (6) Jared, (7) Enoch.

Notice that Cain was never mentioned in the list of the Bible as a son of Adam; and Abel, of course, was no longer mentioned because he was murdered by Cain, and did not have any descendant.

I had to look in genesis what words there's used and it seems they really did eat fruit from the tree of knowledge. Like they did eat from the other trees. But this tree was forbidden to eat from.

Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Gen 3:2-3 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: (3) But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Also cain was not seed of serpent but of Adam:

Gen 4:1-2 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. (2) And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

So the thing your saying does not seem very scriptually sound to me...

it was actually the fallen angels that had descants with humans. But they were all drown in the flood and do not exist today... Gen_6:4

Do not add or take away from Gods words. Test all you see and hear.

Someone has been in the cool aid.......might be a bit stronger

Seriously, any subject you wish to find about the bible is on the internet and until you realize that 100 percent of it is false and twisted to suit some alternative agenda, it is very dangerous to read the nonsense. Satan is very sneaky, he will take something and give you a hint and there you go, I know this well as he has done it to me. So I simply learned no matter how good it sounds, it is not true.

Actually, Gen 6:4 says, "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

"In those days" refers to before the flood, and "And also afterward" means after the flood. The parable of the wheat and tares states that the tares (that were sown by the wicked one) will be here until the end.

Heresy, schism, docetism. It's all part of liars who tell the lies and liars who believe the deceit.

Denial of the truth is rejection of the Holy Trinity and Christ. So many are lead astray by false belief, they need to stop lying and believing in what cannot redeem nor save them.
The only way to G-d is through Christ(Yeshua), there is no other way, no shortcut, no other door for the sheepfold. I want to see more people awaken to the truth and stop deceiving themselves by spreading the lies that they know do not support our faith in the church.

    Godlessness in the Last Days

1But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

6They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. 8Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth—men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

    Paul’s Charge to Timothy

10You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, 11persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them. 12In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, 13while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

    Hi Peace Seeker

I have to disagree a bit with you...

we cant know if afterward means after the flood. it could just mean after those days.
But if there was them today they would have to be giants right? And they were like heroes apparently due to their strength.

Are all tall people in churches the tares? Hehe Im only joking.

Of course not... but i think these Nephilim really had physical charasterics of greater strength and size than humans.

In KJV bible there isnt word Nephilim but Giant. And it comes from this hebrew word:

    H5303
    נפל נפיל
    nephı̂yl nephil
    nef-eel', nef-eel'
From H5307; properly, a feller, that is, a bully or tyrant: - giant.

So Nephilim seems to actually mean giant.

One tradition of the Jews was that it was the Fig. Jesus backs this up when he curses the Fig tree on the Mount of Olives.

    Hi Jari!

In Genesis 6 we have a pre-Flood mention of the Nephilim and in Numbers 13 we have a post-Flood account of them.

    Numbers 13:30–33
Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “We should by all means go up and take possession of it, for we will surely overcome it.”
But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are too strong for us.” So they gave out to the sons of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone, in spying it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great size. There also we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

I believe Genesis 14 and Deuteronomy 2 shows us some of the offshoot lineages of the Nephilim : the tribes of the Rephaim ("titans", children of "Rapha"), Zuzim or Zamzummim ("terrible ones"), Emim, Horites, and Anakim ("crushing tyrants"). The tribe of the Anakim are directly connected with the Nephilim in the report of the spies described in (Numbers 13:33 ).

These tribes were closely associated with the wicked Canaanites after the Flood.

Also, Joshua made a career, so to speak, out of fighting these Nephilim lineages. Moses killed the Rehphaim giant, King Og, whose stature was over 13 feet tall.

David and Saul fought a remnant of smaller giants, including Goliath, who had taken refuge in the Philistine city of Gath. ETC.

As to the present age, any offspring the Nephilim had with women after the flood up to now, would have diluted their genes somewhat, so that the tallness would probably be mostly gone.

PLUS : from your own example, the word Nephilim, translated as "giants" in the Hebrew, also means a feller, a bully or tyrant; FIERCE, CRUEL, TERRIBLE, SINISTER, MALEVOLENT, very destructive. ETC.

So rather than being perhaps just physical giants, in contrast to the people of God, these Nephilim were rebellious bullies and tyrants, forceful in character and great in their sins. So the Nephilim were just as much spiritually wicked as they were physically giants. They had a Godless and lawless character, as much as a giant physical stature.

Why did Jesus come looking for figs on a fig tree when it was not the season for figs? Why did he curse the tree for not providing fruit out of season?

He didn't do it for that reason. The Disciples ASSUMED that he was looking for something to eat. They seldom understood what he was saying and doing - this is just another of many examples. It's amazing how much they smartened up after Pentecost. They always saw things through their soulish eyes - after Pentecost they switched to Spiritual.

So why did Jesus curse the fig tree? He obviously knew that figs were out of season, so why did he have such a negative response to this particular tree? When did he ever curse anything in the New Testament? This action always puzzled me because it seemed to be one of those things that was totally out of character and irrational for him.

This happened just a couple days before the crucifixion in or near the town of Bethpage, which is a small town on the mount of Olives between Bethany and the entrance to the temple. It was also the town of the origin of the triumphal entry into Jerusalem.

There were several traditions that the Jews held as to the two trees that were in the garden of Eden. The one was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and the other was the tree of life. One tradition was that the tree of good and evil was the fig tree. If this is true - isn’t it interesting that just before he redeemed humanity once and for all - he would curse a decendant the very tree by which man fell from his perfect relationship with God? The name of the town - Bethpage - means “House of unripe figs.” He cursed the “tree of unripe figs” near the town or “House of unripe figs.“ He symbolically cursed the tree that was used to test humanity in those early years of the Garden of Eden. He reversed the fall of man for all time.

No one would ever eat of that tree again as they had once done to again cause the fall of mankind. Very highly symbolic action, which makes some sense out of this puzzling passage of scripture.

As a side note - what tree did the leaves come from that Adam and Eve covered themselves with? They were fig leaves. The tree of life was the Almond tree symbolized by the Menorah - which is shaped like a tree with 7 branches. The Temple Menorah was covered with Almond buds.

18 Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. 19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

    Is this his disciples assuming?

12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: 13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. 14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

    Or this?

I have never understood this to mean his disciples were assuming that he was hungry and looking for food. It seems to be straight forward.

    Great questions, puzzles me too.

I have a hard time trusting Jewish tradition as they killed their own Messiah when he came and while he was here he condemned them for their traditions. If this is symbolism for Jesus cursing the tree of knowledge of good and evil for the role it played in the fall of mankind, then the tree was evil in and of itself for just being what God created it to be and was responsible for mans decision to eat from it.

How can this be? God saw all that he created, including the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and saw that it was 'very good'. The tree was very good. The Genesis account says that Eve saw that it was good for food. Is there something wrong with man knowing the difference between good and evil? Or is there just something wrong with disobeying God? A like example: Is there anything wrong with eating pork if your not under the Mosaic Law? How about under the Law? Because God is God something is wrong if he says it is whether it is in and of itself or not.

What source did you use to figure out the tree of life was the Almond tree? I thought the tree of life bare 12 different fruits and yielded its fruit every month.

Thank you for your response to my question,

    Gary

    Here is a better question;

What tree can one eat from that will give them knowledge?

Please let me know so that I may consume from this tree!

Eve listened to the lies of satan this is the fruit she ate of

    Hosea 10:13
Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
