Obtain a Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible and look up "Heavens". There's probably a hundred Scripture references there for you to check out.

There's a free Bible program called e-Sword (e-sword.net) that you can download and add a number of Bible versions, translations, commentaries, dictionaries and books.

After installing, click on the search option and type in "sky" or "skies" and it will pull up all the verses with that word in the translation that you've selected.

    Great tool.

Safferbeauty here are a couple for you.

    Matthew 16:2-3
    2) He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.
    3) And in the morning, it will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hyprocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
