How to change defeat into victory
Romans.8:37. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
In general there are 5 kinds of failures one will face in their life time; our God has not called us to be a failure but to be conquerors in this world. Now let us see the kinds of failures and people in the Bible who have faced the same failures that we face today.
- Personal failure.Ex:Peter.Luke.5chapt.
- Family failure.Ex:Elimelechs family.Ruth.1chapt
- Team failure.Ex: Peter and others. John.21.2, 3.
- Church failure.Ex: Church at Ephesus.Revelation.2chapt.
- National failure.Ex: Nation of Isreal.Exodus.32chapt.
To overcome these failures certain guidelines
: Matthew.6.33.Exercise your faith that God will turn your failure into success. Trust in his promises.Ex: Zachariah.Luke.1chapt.
·Be real honest sincere.Ex: Peter.John.21chapt.
·Beware of material things in relation to Gods word. If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Colossians.3.1.
·Believe in a bright future. Failure is not future.Jeremiah.29.11, 12. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
God has a wonderful plan for your life.Allow him to accomplish his purpose for your life and see the great blessings and a marvelous change in your life.
