I really was into a guy that I felt would be a first and last. In my mind we were on and off for two years and I say that because repeatedly I forgave him. When my relationship with this person started seemed like he kept trying to get intimate, but I believed he wasnt the one for me nor did he deserve me,but I loved him so much.
As of now i got strong and finally cut him its been months since i last spoke with him and recently came to look up his name and saw a picture with him and another girl. I remember i asked him about her though and he said it was his friends room mate.
I still find myself thinking about him and i know i shouldnt at night sometimes i ask the Lord to forgive,but seems he hasnt and i feel really lost to where im at right now. I dont feel its right for him to move on and be happy while i wonder why all the lying and sneaking happened for whatever reason.
Ive basically only had two relationships that being one and the longest my next one went and got married and tattoo another ladies name on his arm. I also felt i was very open with this person but ended up getting shot down for trying.
just a little guidance is all i ask for.

the answer to the question is God can find. He knows what we need. He knows whats good for us. male or female. If we seek out what we want surely it will be bad for us but God gives good gifts. I have been waiting for quite some time now. It isnt easy. But i have learned to enjoy being single while it lasts. spend time with God. Focusing on this has helped me to grow and know Him more. and there is a time and a season for everything. And God is always on time.

it sounds to me as if perhaps you havent completely let em go. If you find this difficult to do God can/will help. ask Him.

I heard a pastor put it nicely the other day when he was talking about how we go about such things. He said, "You don't go to church to find a man. You go to church to find God. Then, if it's God's will, He will bring you the right man."

Don't sweat what people do. Seek God sincerely, stay focused on Him, and He will handle the rest.

I just want to assure you that when you least expecet it God will show you who you were ment for but it will be in his time only..meanwhile suckup Gods word and will for your life ..be obediant to the leading of the spirit even if it dosent make sense to you ..prepare your fields for rain and make yourself a mate worth having by the rnewing of your mind and God will do the rest... rev
