Our Purpose: to show you the love of Jesus Christ, His promises of
Salvation & Blessings and to spread the Good News to the ends of the
Earth [Mark 16:15]. We're also here to edify the church
[Ephesians 4:11-12].
Knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation."
For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:3-9 NKJV

Weekly Meditation
We live by faith
Now He who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave to us the Spirit as a pledge.
Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord--
for we walk by faith, not by sight--
we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.
Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
As each day passes, we come closer and closer to the Lord's return. I firmly believe that there are three signs that God is preparing for something very special to occur very soon. The first sign is the recent Toronto Revival that was so powerful. The second sign is the upcoming celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Azusa Street Revival. The third sign is that churches from third world countries are sending missionary teams into the Western hemisphere to evangelize us!
Something very powerful is about to happen. If it is not the Lord's return, then it will surely be a powerful move of the Holy Spirit (perhaps the last powerful move of the Holy Spirit before Christ's return.).

There is a lot of prominent saints, and preachers, who also feel that we may be in the last of the last days...so yes, exciting times indeed.
