"That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Rom 10:9


The scripture above doesn't tell us that when we confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Savior.....you will be saved. No It says, " If you confess with your mouth THE LORD Jesus ....."
Which means that When you believe that Jesus is the Christ and is the LORD - He automatically IS your Savior!


"For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe." 1 Tim 4:10

This scripture particularly emphasies that God is the Savior of all men and He cannot deny Himself. BUT is more especially the Savior of those who believe. "Believe" means believing that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, and don't see Jesus as a human being/historical figure/ordinary man.

Jesus said, Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.” John 8:24

HOW CLEAR!!

Therefore in closing I would like to urge you that you may know through the Word that Jesus is indeed the Christ, the Son of the Living God and it is only through believing in that you will be saved or else you will die in your sins and God is not reponsible for that since He has already sent His Son to die and raised Him from the dead (John 3:16). God cannot save you and neither are you saved if you do not believe that Jesus is the Christ!
