I know a recipe that is easy and may be what you are seeking. I find it easy to remember: 5 cup salad - why? One cup of each ingredient.

1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup pineapple chunks (drain first)
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup marchino cherries
1 cup Cool Whip (whipped cream) or sour cream

mix together and enjoy. Can change the ingredients around as well sometimes I put in a can of manderian oranges (drain first) and more cool whip and just add stuff as I go. But that is the basic salad. Hope that you enjoy it & it's what you were looking for. :P)

Ingredients:

• 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
• 1 can (15 ounces) fruit cocktail, drained
• 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
• 2-1/2 cups whipped topping
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:

In a large serving bowl, combine the fruit, pecans and sour cream. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 10-12 servings.
