Dear friends,
I want to post this poll because anger is my biggest weakness. I get upset very easily many times, but I take a long time to calm down. I hope God one day takes care of this thing with me.

You take it out either on your friends or family
You stop your work and loose concentration
You stop eating and make a lot of fuss
You calm down quickly and try to be positive

Really..
Depending on my situation, the mood I'm in at the time, or what else is demanding
my attention, any of the reactions listed I could fall into.
What I will do in the moment tho, is try to determine what angered me in the 1st place.
Anger is most often an emotion which morphed out of someother emotion..
Such as rejection, being shamed, ridiculed, helplessness, berated, criticized, disrespected...
Particularly as men, anger is easily manifested.

Allowed to run wild, neglected, or cultivated.. A man's mind brings forth. James Allen

Finding a quiet spot, and praying always seems to help me. I know it sounds simple, but sometimes the simplest things are the best.
I've had a "wicked" temper all my life. As an unsaved person, I'd see red if I became angry. And I'd hold on to that anger for days.
Now though, as a Christian...I don't know how He did it...I do experience anger, just not as intensely. I usually ask Him for grace/wisdom to deal with the person/situation that is upsetting. And in volatile situations...I walk away.
Faith is like a muscle; the more you use it, the more powerful it becomes.
 anger use to really be a bondage with me but , i prayed about it and god has replaced it with joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thank you jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
