A Quiet Walk Together


When I look back and see all that I've been through,
I asked God "Why Me? When will I be set free?"

I hear in a quiet voice saying "Why not you?" I have walked beside you all the way,
and times I have carrried you day by day.

I've always been threre through thick and thin,
No matter what or where you've been.

I realize now that my rewards are not here,
But rather in Heaven where I will appear.

So no matter what happens to me right now,
I know that my God is faithful and is with me right now.

No matter how deep the waters may be.
My God will walk or carry me.

For He will give me the strength that I need,
And will hear my every plead.

God is my strength, my fortess and my salvation,
For He is my foundation.

I thank God for seeing me through,
All that turmoil that I went through.

I look back now and see God's hand
How he waked with me all through the desert land

For now I know how much He loves me
I thank you God for setting me free!
