I was saved in 2001, 44 yrs old, following the death of my wife of 21 years. She was my universe, as is the case in most unsaved marriages, and I was lost in a new home 1000s of miles from friends and family.
The Lord lavished upon me the most beautiful experience of being held snuggly in His fortress like arms for well over a year. I wish everyone could feel what that was like. I actually percieved a physical warmth throughout my body that was atmospherically unexplainable.
I remarried three years later and am blessed with a wife that is the brightest christian light I've ever met.
I have joined this forum because I am a rare Christian that likes to discuss God and his Word 24/7. I evangelize everywhere I go and consequently live a rather lonely life. People don't seem to realize that the guy telling you the word of Christ is your friend not the guy who wants to talk about everythings else but Jesus. Let alone the guy that's trying to hand you a beer and/or a joint.
Soooo, if you are simularly afflicted with the bondage of the Gospel and couldn't stop pouring out the Holy Spirit even if you wanted to.
Please send this lonely evangelist some fellowship. It will be much appreciated.

I lost many of my friends and my grandmother, and
each one made me more numb. It was a while
before I realized they were never mine. They belonged
to God first. I would love to get to chat with you sometime

What kind of tracs or material do you hand out or leave for others to come upon and read. My wife and I are always seeking new ideas.

To counter satans message, we pick every Watch Tower material we find. We take it home and burn it. That is witnessing is a very different way.

You want to hear about my experiences serving God? Well, first in general, I am X-Navy stationed in Hawaii when I was 19 during the heavy drug years of the military (basically the 70s) and have done most of what the world would think of as fun. Nothing compares to the excitement of Jesus Christ and serving him. I won't kid you, it's lonely and,you learn that the rejection is about them hating Jesus not you but, the upside is absolutely incredible now on earth - let alone - the reward waiting for me in Heaven. Satan will keep telling you that your not doing any good but God says that the word will never come back void.
I evangelize on the construction sites that God gives me work at and any of the businesses that I have to stop at. Many of them have let me leave tracs on their sales counters. I have gone to our outside shopping mall at the beach here in Panama City and have given out over 2000 tracs. Also at the fair grounds and the flea market until the guy that owns the flea market stopped me. He also owns "Bills wild Bingo" so that's not hard to figure! I gave out about 150 tracs before it happened. Thank You Jesus.
How about you. Have you prayed to God to give you some work to do for him?

I was giving out Chick tracs but at 18 cents ea. that didn't last. I have found a few nice trac sources for 4 cents ea. A picture on front of a 4 page trac. I buy about 7 different tracs and collate them in squence so that if hand out to a group (of up to 7) each person gets a different one. I just say, "they're all different, read-em and share-em". and then move down the sidewalk to the next group and say the same thing. or I say "something for you to read for later, if you'd like". and 98% of the time they take one. After all "they're free". Wheeew! and so is Salvation Halalluya!!!.

Well, in the first week, there has been 95 views and only 3 serious responses to my first message. I'd say that's about the ratio of self proclaiming Christians that live in the natural instead of in the Spirit. On Judgement day "there will be much wailing and nashing of teeth".
P.S. Any blessings from living in the natural " the shepperd will surely not allow the lion to keep in it's mouth Amos chap 3 about 2/3 the way through.
