Wanted to drop by and say hi - I am a new member on the forum. I have been a Christian since 1981 and have had my share of ups and downs as everyone has. I always appreciate any instruction and encouragement from brothers and sister in Christ. Hopefully I can make some good friends here, and imagine - these friendships last an eternity. Awesome promise indeed!

Caution though, I do like to stir things up a little - my wife calls me a pot-stirrer at times. Heh - all done from love and the application of Proverbs 27:17 - "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."

If I get out of line, a virtual slap to the head always works wonders. :)

Thank you very much for the awesome replies to my post. Its very much appreciated! I kid around sometimes, but I definitely try to be very respectful and use common sense. Isnt it interesting that basic manners and common sense need to be posted as rules on a forum for public discourse nowadays?
