I would like to loss to like 20 or 26 pound because I'm like 150 and want to be like around 126-130 and that’s also normal for my hights and age but I feel a bit choppy but I just need to get in shape that is all to what I know even breathing hard when running and remember how I was a bit skinny and want be like that again LOOOL. I' m not over weight just normal.
The things that bugs me out is that in my church they say is ok to stay fat because God may you that way. I have to disagree because being very fat is not healthy at all but having some fat is healthy but having to much is very bad and some sort of toxics in your body and causing to age faster. Also very under weight is also not healthy like I think Paris Hilton need some meat LOL but she still look pretty but I don‘t think that healthy at all either is like we need a real balance size and weight in our body. That does seem worse then smoking. ![]()
