"Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations.
He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out." (Is 42:1-3)
Jesus did not mount any protest rallies. He never screamed at anyone. He never sought confrontaion with his enemies. He obeyed the Mosaic Law faithfully. He said he did not come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it (See Mt 5:17). The "rules" Jesus spoke out against were not rules but regulations (some 600 of them) that the Pharisees had attached to the Law; regulations that encouraged superficial observance of the Law while ignoring its substance (See Lk 11:42).
If the beliefs you hold are openly contrary to the Word of God, they are not valid Christian teaching. It's as simple as that. Jesus does not/can not oppose the Father - "I and the Father are one." (Jn 10:30)
