It sounds like maybe your wife might benefit by listening to Joyce Meyers. My husband at times used to do the same thing occasionally when work was not going to well, I had to let him know that he was preaching to the choir and that I was on his side. When He started in though on what's wrong with the government I told him that he should fire off an email to our Member of Parliament oddly enough it worked he said he felt ever so much better knowing the message was going to someone who might be able to do something about the problem. One of the Laws in our marriage is no hitting below the belt, that means if you get into a heated discussion you can't bring up mistakes the other person may have made, you must stick only to the subject and decide what is best for all concerned! God Bless!

We are married for over 40 years and have learned to live together well. I thought since I paid so much money to learn what I learned, it would be nice to save some other Christians some
money and pain. Writing a note to express feelings is a great idea. You don’t even have to send the note to feel better. If you do send the note, the person receiving the note will concentrate on
your words and not be thinking about what they want to reply.
