If scientists (evolutionists, really..) say that sexuality is genetic; then there should be a blood test to prove a person's sexuality. Am I right?

Sickle Cell Anemia is Genetic? A blood test can prove it.

Or am I completely overthinking the issue?

Why would you use this verse to question our sexuality? Can you be more elaborate in your definition? The net has a way of misconstruing what we really mean.

It would involve more than just a blood test. There are a lot of scientific theories about the cause of homosexuality. Genetics, chemical imbalances, brain structure, and much much more.

I don't believe these scriptures to apply to scientists or scholars. It seems like it would be more effective when applied to those who try to enlighten us in different ways about the secrets of life (eternal life, salvation, afterlife, spiritual, etc etc). Those who think they have God's knowledge, or beyond His knowledge and understanding.

Oh, no bother.

The Homosexual gene.

Bank robber Gene, someone who has a affinity to rob bank.

Then the Adultery Gene, someone who can't control themselves when they are married.

After more searching, they found.

A Idol gene, that makes people want to worship the moon and other false gods.

These scientist where happy, they found the reason Mankind does what he does, and certainly not to blame for his actions.

Then one day, a extremely bright scientist started to go over all the research these scientist had done. He found a grave mistake in their findings.

It was not really a bank robbery Gene, or a idol gene. It was not an adultery gene, or any of the other rogue genes the other scientist had found.

It was the fallen human nature gene that refused the free love of God, and truth. To make things simple, the very smart scientist just labeled it.

Rebellion and disobedience gene.

Ummmm, according to some on these forums to revisit the law such as Levit. 18:22 and to use such as a guide to moral behaviour is to fall from grace and become a works based religionist.
To such a one then homosexual 'Christians' are entirely acceptable, because they live by faith and are under grace, no longer obligated to keep God's commandments.
