I guess that is a term you are not familiar with.

Saying all that, I feel that if you are trying to define a particular verse, if you your answer does not or can not have a negative outcome, then you are on the right track.....any negative outcome is not of God. Now, if your outcome is negative, keep searching.
With that in mind, free is defined as any thought about Scripture that is a positive thought and it means that the outcome is void of any negative bondage.
Just one example because any other example would have the same outcome.
Example: Someone very close to you dies, your though is that God caused it or that he does not love you. That is a negative and not of God and can lead to some serious bondage like you are not worthy, your no good or that you must not be saved.
The truth is that God's love for you is perfect and totally unconditional.
The truth about Jesus and God will set you free and not put you into bondage; bondage is of the Devil!
