Sleeping habits

Catching Zeds. Land of nod. Catnap. Dreamland. Dozing. SLEEP; we all need it! And your sleeping habits are important to God! SLEEP - Do you try to avoid it by living off energy drinks? Miss out on two or three days because you do too much of it? Messed up or missed out because of lack of it? You know what? It's hard to think, feel and act like Jesus when you're tired and lacking sleep. That's why God is concerned about your sleeping habits. He wants to, 'give sleep to those he loves'. That's you! Here's how to rest and get the best sleeping habits.

Stressed? : Jesus says, '"Come to me...you who are tired and have heavy loads....learn from me...and you will find rest for your lives"' (Matthew 11:28-29 NCV).

Lethargic? : 'He gives strength to those who are tired and more power to those who are weak' (Isaiah 40:29 NCV). Everything will be ok! : 'He lets me rest...he leads me on paths that are right...I will not be afraid' (Psalm 23:2-3 CEV).

Every week! : 'Anyone who enters God's rest will rest from his work as God did (Hebrews 4: 10).

Promise! : 'God has left us the promise that we may enter his rest, let us be very careful so none...fail to enter (Hebrew 4:1 NCV). Stressed? Lethargic? Everything will be ok, Every week, Promise! SLEEP WELL?
