#1 Christian book of all time.

The book is a teaching which is as deep as it will get. it can be purchased online at Faith Assembly tapes, books and tracts
the title is ---Deeper life in the Spirit by Dr. Hobart E. Freeman. It is the best because it reveals God's perfect will in this end time. very few know the messages in this book. God bless.

The number one Christian book of all time is of course: the word of God the Holy Scriptures, The Holy Bible O Hallelujah! It is the best by far without measure because only the word of God reveals Gods perfect Will. Which no other book will ever be able to do. Glory be to God!

Well I'll have to agree with Dutch Christian, The Bible is still the #1 and Best book for Christians.
Although if you will except that because it is already given, I believe that every Christian book with the right doctrine, have different ways of touching a Christian's life, just because its the the Holy Spirit's work. So the best book for one maybe different from the others. But thanks for sharing this brother. :)

I am glad you all have made me to clarify my statement. Certainly a Christian who posts on aChristian forum would agree that the bible is number one. I assumed that by reading the title of the post selection, that the section we are in was looking for other arts , books and so forth other than the bible to bless other people. Just like tongues, those who have never tried it don't know how good it is till they do it. The book being refered to is the reason why Christians 99% don't know what the bible is saying to God's people. If we never had teachers (who teach by books), I guess we would never have so many divisions and opinions other than what God was wanting to teach us through the word. The reason why this book is number one is because it has brought forth teaching the church today is not giving. If we find it on our own and don't need teachers, that is wonderful. Have to careful what you read today. One book written by Hagee has sold millions, it declares that Jesus is not the Messiah. It is a real gift to find books to educate us on the bible which are without error. If I thought someone was to benefit from a book to cause them to love Jesus more, I wouldn't criticise it ( unless I read it first and saw it not up to the standards declared about it.) think about it , why is it not in Christian bookstores?
it is because the truth in it is too strong for baby Christians. God bless and peace from Jesus the teacher, and his bible.

i have heard of that book but never read it. Another good book by the same author of deeper life in the Spirit also has a book called angels of light. it is a paperback and covers a lot about the deliverance ministry. Most of the occult is there but there have been more spirits to deal with. One is the kundalini spirit which causes the falling under the power.

The Holy Bible, all others pale in comparison.
Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.

Part of my testimony as a Christian is when I attended a church in which I never saw any error in their teachings. Some of the things they believed there I also believed. Then one day a new member started coming. He loved to fellowship with people and had a life of helping people see errors in their beliefs. Some of the errors we believed about the great book the bible were corrected by a man.

Now look at this---a man is able to write a book that corrects errors we may have received concerning the great book the bible. So what are the results? The bible is only a great book to those who believe it is. But if they have the great book and read in a bad way---errors, the book can be of no value to them for it is tainted with a wrong and bad conception.-----a good book seen in a bad way really is not a good book to that one beholding it. So it is real easy to say that a good book beside another book to amplify it's goodness, would be a partner of that good book and thereby be a companion and a great book also.

If we look at it in a technical way we would have to say Jesus is greater than the bible. He is the book, for he is the word of God. The bible read by people loses it's value and nobody wants to hear it. it is seen then as a bad book. The devil used the bible scripture in a bad way and so tried to tempt Jesus. It was said of Jesus before the full bible you have the words of eternal life.

So we see that companions of the bible which clarify it and cause better understanding are truly good books. It was same as when the people would say we have seen these men and that they have been with Jesus. Jesus glory is seen on them because they are saying the same words that he said . They were saying them in a interpretive way. Not everyone understood what Jesus was saying. Some would ask questions. The disciples would also be able to answer those questions----that made them amplifiers of his greatness. is that right?? good books amplify the greatness of the bible so they are great also. I emphasize ---good books of truth-- .

Another example---Jesus is the greatest man ever. If I lived in that time and Jesus is not around, I have no problem sitting down with another man made great by Jesus. Peter, I would enjoy listening to Peter who tells me same good things Jesus does, esp. since he has the Holy Spirit.
it was actually God speaking through him when he preached. He opened his mouth and God filled it. Healings etc. were done by him though it was God in him doing it. So if a man sits with God's Spirit and he receives a word to share with me what's the difference, as long as it lines up with the great book the bible.
