To clarify what has been said ..
"People who do not come to accept Christ as their Savior will sadly go to hell"

According to the previous answer given Romans 10:9-10 is the only way of accepting christ. This scripture states two stipulations that one must adhere to to receive salvation and avoid eternity in hell.

Confess with your mouth. Believe in your heart.

Confession with your mouth is simple (given that you can speak of course) but belief as a stipulation has always puzzled me. I need help understanding the nature of free will in regards to belief.

I dont quite perceive belief as being an option or choice so how does one "choose" to believe this concept?
