nah...no, i used to run about a month ago, and wasnt very gud, thats y i asked for advice :) and i dint rli collapse, i was just middin, but yeh, now i drink lots of water and im getting better, i mean, i did my first run yesterday that i completed and didnt stop! yay! i dont care if it was only 2 miles! lol, im gettin there :P cheers guys, all advice very useful
