Let us pray together in spirit and truth, in Jesus' name for a revival in North Korea. See, sometimes we look at such a horrid situation as this and think nothing will change, or assume literally everything gets worst in the "end times". That may be true to a certain degree, but look what Jesus says:

Mark 10:27
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

GOD can change any situation around. The dictator of North Korea is clearly that of an anti-christ on the same level of hitler (lowercase intended). Even so, GOD can set those captives free.

So pray, and believe in Him.
