I'm not an expert, but there are a few ways that I think could help alot.
1)Running
2)Biking
3)Drinking lots amounts of water(10 glasses or more each day)
4)Drinking green tea
5)Doing 30-50 situps each day
7)Never touching junk found or any fried food.
8)Don't add sugar to any drinks.
I think if you do that all the time and no quitting, in 5-6 months the stomach fat will disappear!
